       Advanced 101
This session covers the following in one very condensed session:

Creating a new layer, with columns that are required, public, links, and have allowed values
Adding a feature to the layer
Styling the layer with colour-coding and labels
Publishing the layer via Public Map

The session starts with an example of an existing public map of Planning Applications, to illustrate what we are aiming for from a viewer's point of view.
We then show the same planning applications within Parish Online, from the author's viewpoint
We then go through the steps of creating the Layer, the necessary columns with the necessary configuration (required, allowed values, hyperlinks, styling)
We then add and edit data as Features

We then publish via the Print command
And we create the Public Map
